("HBO LAP"), we submit this letter to confirm and certify that HBO LAP completed construction and installation of the earth station facilities associated with FCC File No. SES—LIC—20150325—00179, call sign E150025, as of April 28, 2016. The facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC‘s rules.* Although the earth station is constructed, has been tested and is capable of being placed into permanent operation in accordance with the license issued by the FCC on May 6, 2015, HBOLAP does not expect to begin full commercial operations until approximately July 2016. As the Commission is aware from ourletter dated March 14, 2016 regarding station E140108, which is located at the same complex as station E150025, because of ongoing building and other construction at HBO LAP‘s new uplink site, final occupancy of the building and permanent operations of the stations are not scheduled to occur until this summer.
