Exhibit A Response to FCC Form 312, Response to Question 43 This application is for a 16.4m earth station to be located at Intelsat’s Hagerstown facility.  The antenna will communicate with the Intelsat IS-29e satellite to be located at 50ᵒ W.L.  The antenna is equipped to use the bands: 5850-5925 MHz (for International use) 5925-6425 MHz (for International and domestic use) 6425-6725 MHz (for International use) 3700-4200 MHz (for International and domestic use)
