December 21, 2014 System Analysis Branch Satellite Division International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: New C-Band and Ku-Band Earth Stations Pursuant to §25.115 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission, Harris CapRock Communications, Inc., by way of the underlying application, respectfully requests Commission authority to operate two new fixed earth stations on the same location. The antennas are a Ku-Band Prodelin 1244 (2.4m) and a C-band Prodelin 1244 (2.4m). Both antennas comply with Section 25.209 of the Regulations. A frequency coordination study was conducted for the Prodelin 1244 C (2.4m) and the results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.
