Our preliminary review of the application has revealed some questions that needed clarification in order for our staff to continue to process the application.

 

1.      The Schedule B, item E47, emission designator for the proposed carriers, specified   1MGXDXF and 896KXDXF.    Pursuant to Section 2.201 of the Commission�s rules, 47 C.F.R. �2.201, proposed emissions are designated according to their classification followed by three symbols that describe the characteristics of emissions.   You need to refer to 47C.F.R. �2.201(b),(c),(d), and (e) for the correct emission designators.  Currently, the application specified  XDXF is not the correct symbols.

2.      Item E49, maximum EIRP density per carrier, lists   -58.5 dBW/4kHz.   This negative value is impossible for  operation.   It has to be a positive value.

3.      Item E41/42, antenna gain transmit, lists  46.7 dBi at 14.125 GHz.  The center of frequency listed must match the frequency listed in the RF Radiation Hazard study.

4.      Item E52/53, Frequency limits, lists for receive in 12022-12058 and transmit in 14322-14358 .  Does this mean the intent to transmit and receive only in these ranges?   Otherwise have E52/53 to list the same range as  what listed in item E43/44 for both transmit and receive.
