(“Planet Labs”), pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §25.133(b), herby confirms that it has commenced operation of the earth station facilities in accordance with the authorization for Call Sign E140109 that was granted on December 15, 2014 in the above-referenced proceeding. Planet Labs’ certification pursuant to Section 25.133(b) is enclosed. Please associate this submission with the above-referenced license.      

CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO 47 C.F.R. §25.133(b) I, Michael Safyan, hereby certify that the following information relating to the establishment and commencement of operation of the earth station facility authorized to Planet Labs Inc. for Call Sign E140109 (File No. SES-LIC-20141027-00819) is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee Planet Labs Inc. 2. File Number of Application SES-LIC-20141027-00819 3. Call Sign of the Antenna E140109 4. Date of the License December 15, 2014 5. Completion of Facility The construction of the facility has been completed as authorized. 6. Antenna Testing The antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209 7. Date of Operation Operation of this station commenced on January 5, 2014. 8.
