Re: Certification of Completion of Construction and Commencement of Service; SES—
    LIC—20141022—00811 (Call Sign E140108)

    Dear Ms. Dortch:

On behalf of HBO Latin America Production Services, L.C. ("HBO LAP"), we provide the
following update regarding the construction of earth station facilities associated with FCC File
    No. SES—LIC—20141022—00811, call sign E140108.

As we noted in our November 12, 2015 and March 14, 2016 letters, we completed construction
of the earth station as of November 3, 2015, although because of on—going building and other
construction at our new uplink facility, the station is not in permanent operation. HBO LAP is
approximately one year into a construction project, which will add 48,000 square feet of
environmentally—controlled technical space to its Sunrise Broadcast Center in Sunrise, Florida.
With a total cost of about $35 million, the project has experienced some unforeseen challenges,
as with most construction projects of this size. Construction of the new uplink facility at the
Sunrise Broadcast Center will soon be complete and final occupancy of the building and
permanent operations of the licensed earth station are now scheduled to occur this summer. We
will certify to the FCC when such permanent operations commence.

Please address any questions to the undersigned.

                                                              Respectfully submitted,

                                                              /s/ Russell H. Fox

                                                              Russell H. Fox
