("HBO LAP"), we submit this letter to confirm and certify that HBO LAP completed construction of the earth station facilities on the earth station associated with FCC File No. SES—LIC—20141022—00811, call sign E140108, as of November 3, 2015. The facility has been tested and is within 2 dB ofthe pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC‘s rules. Although the earth station is capable of being placed into permanent operation in accordance with the license issued by the FCC on December 9, 2014, because of on—going building and other construction at HBO LAP‘s new uplink facility, final occupancy of the building and permanent operations of the licensed earth station are not scheduled to occur until March 2016.
