O3b‘s License Application states in its narrative that O3b requests authority to operate up to one thousand 1.2m, one thousand 2.2m, one thousand 1.8m, and one thousand 2.4m fixed earth stations that will communicate with O3b‘s system. However, limitations of the online Schedule B application form prevented O3b from entering "1,000" for each antenna type. Accordingly, the quantity of each earth station terminal requested was not fully reflected in the License Application‘s final Schedule B as submitted. To ensure that the intended quantity of each earth station terminal is reflected in O3b‘s application, O3b requests that the following administrative clarification be made in the above—referenced License Application: e In the column titled E29 (Quantity), 03b inserts the number "1,000" to the immediate right of the boxes containing the text "Orb2.2," "GD1.8," and "GD2.4" (as shown below).
