The Boeing Company Attachment to Form 312 Response to Questions 42a and 42b Each of the non-U.S. licensed satellites listed as a point of communication on this application is licensed in and communicating with World Trade Organization (“WTO”) member nations, which satisfies the requirements of § 25.137. Furthermore, Boeing has previously been authorized to communicate with each of these satellites under experimental license call sign WC2XVE, except for satellite E113WA (formerly designated Satmex 6), which was added to the Permitted Space Station List in 2006 (File No. SAT-PPL-20060329-00030).
