Orange lists the applicant as a Common Carrier. This should be changed to Non-Common Carrier. 2. Orange lists in item E60 of the FCC Form 312 – Schedule B that the Maximum EIRP Density toward the horizon for the band 14000 – 14500 MHz is -19.4 dBW/4kHz. This should be changed to -20.2 dBW/4kHz.
