This application is to allow the University of Alaska Fairbanks to operate fixed satellite ground stations (9.1 meter and 7.3 meter) in the area of North Pole (Fairbanks), Alaska. The stations will provide downlink services in S−band (2200 − 2400 MHz)and X−band (8072.5 − 8371.2 MHz). Uplink services will be provided in the 2042 − 2052 MHz band. All services operations 9
