The earth station commenced operations on November 8, 2014 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of TELEVISA that each antenna facility associated with these licenses has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorizations issued to TELEVISA on the above dates.
