Re: FCC File Nos. SES-LIC-20140610-00469 and
                           SES-AMD-20140617-00525,
Application of Harris Corporation (“Harris”) for a Fixed Earth
                           Station License (“Application”)

    Dear Ms. Dortch:

On October 10, 2014, Iridium Constellation LLC (“Iridium”) filed a Petition to
Dismiss (“Petition”) the above-referenced Application filed by Harris. In the
Application, the frequencies Harris proposed to use included the 29.25-29.3 GHz band.
Iridium requested that the Application be dismissed as incomplete because it did not
address the potential for Harris to cause unacceptable interference to Iridium’s
nongeostationary satellite orbit (“NGSO”) feeder links and TT&C links in the 29.25-29.3
    GHz band.

Harris subsequently amended its Application to delete frequencies in the 29.25-
29.3 GHz band. In light of this amendment, Iridium hereby withdraws its Petition.

                                                Joseph A. Godles
