Could you change the licensee in IBFS for File No. SES-LIC-20140411-00284 to read “Tampnet Inc.”?

My IBFS password has expired again, and I think I’ve gone well past my brownie points with Kathleen
asking her to reset it a dozen or so times already…

Subject: RE: Notification of Consummation, IBFS File No. SES-ASG-20140523-00387

Dear Karl:

I hope this email finds you well. I write to see if you can assist me with what I hope is an
administrative matter. This relates to updating the correct name of the licensee of an ESV license.

On May 23, 2014, AirTap (assignor) and Tampnet (assignee) filed an application with the FCC for
authorization to assign a VSAT license with call sign E100138, from AirTap to Tampnet (File No. SES-
ASG-20140523-00387). Copy of the FCC application is attached.

Because the deal involved the sale of all of AirTap’s assets, the parties requested in the application
that Commission approval include authority for Tampnet to be assigned any authorization issued to
AirTap while the transaction was pending before the Commission and the period required for
consummation of the transaction. In this regard, the application specifically mentioned a pending
application for an ESV license (call sign E140042) that AirTap had filed with the Commission on April
11, 2014, and that was placed on Public Notice as accepted for filing on April 23, 2014. See Exhibit F
to the Application, page 2 and footnote 2.

On March 29, 2014, during the pendency of the assignment application, the Commission granted
AirTap’s application for the ESV license. On August 1, 2014, the parties closed on the transaction.
On August 5, 2014, Tampnet notified the Commission that the deal had been consummated. The
Notification of Consummation is attached. In the Notice, Tampnet also informed the Commission
that the ESV application had been granted on March 29, 2014, and requested the Commission’s
records be updated.

The ESV authorization (copy of authorization attached) is still in AirTap’s name. We hope the

Commission can update the name of the EVS licensee to Tampnet Inc.

Can you please advise as to what we need to know do to accomplish this? Let me know if you prefer
to discuss by phone

Thank you very much!
Edgar
