Page 1 of 1 Antenna Statement Prodelin 3.8 Meter Antenna (Model 1383/1380) The 6 GHz antenna pattern contained with this application meets the antenna performance standards set forth in CFR §25.209. This antenna statement for the 4 GHz spectrum is based on the following information: The 4 GHz antenna pattern contained with this application exceeds the CFR §25.209 sidelobe specification for the sidelobe envelope in the ± 1º to 6º region by a maximum of 6 dB, at 4 GHz. Outside the main beam, the antenna meets the requirements of §25.209. The applicant agrees to accept any adjacent satellite interference in the 4 GHz receive band as a result of the performance of the antenna in the 1º to 6º region. Per § 25.220 (see below) the applicant understands that they do not qualify or are unable to obtain protection from receiving interference from other satellite systems and no adjacent satellite interference protection will be available in the 1º to 6º regions. The applicant further understands that adjacent satellite interference protection applies only to the extent of the criteria set forth in §25.209.
