The temporary fixed earthstation commenced operations on March 26, 2014 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of KOB that each antenna facility associated with E140014 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to KOB on March 24, 2014, FCC File Number SES— LIC—20140121—00040.
