The temporary fixed earth station commenced operations on February 27, 2014 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of WNYT that each antenna facility associated with E140008 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to WNYT on February 25, 2014, FCC File Number SES—LIC—20140116—00023.
