FAA NOTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED Pursuant to Section 17.14(a) of the Commission’s rules, the proposed antenna structures are exempt from notification to the FAA because they are shielded by existing buildings of equal or greater height and would be located in an office park where it is evident beyond all reasonable doubt that the structures so shielded will not adversely affect safety in air navigation.
