EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS NewsChannel 5 Network, LLC The facility proposed in the attached application is a satellite news gathering vehi- cle with the satellite antenna permanently mounted to the vehicle. With the satellite antenna deployed, the maximum combined overall height of the vehicle and antenna in any configuration is 3.7 meters (12 feet). Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this uplink facility is to- tally exempted from FAA notification requirements, regardless of the location at which it is operating, since its height above ground, or any existing structure on which this vehi- cle might be parked, will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
