June 3, 2013 Systems Analyst Branch Satellite Division, International Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: New C-Band Earth Station Pursuant to §25.115 of the Rules and Regulations (“Regulations”) of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”), Broadpoint License Co., LLC (“Broadpoint”)., by way of the underlying application, respectfully requests Commission authority to operate a new fixed earth station. According to Sections 25.203 and 25.251 of the Regulations, a frequency coordination study was conducted and the results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.
