The earth station commenced operations on September 14, 2013 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of TELEVISA that each antenna facility associated with E130127 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to TELEVISA on September 9, 2013, FCC File Number SES—LIC—20130715—00587.
