In addition to communicating with U.S.-registered vessels, OET anticipates that it will communicate with a vessel registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In Exhibit A of the application for call sign E130079, OET indicated that it would update the contact information it provided for the administration in St. Vincent and the Grenadines if it determined that another point of contact is more appropriate (FCC Rules 25.221(a)(6) and 25.221(b)(5)).
