Description of Application Form 312, Question 43 The subject of this application is an earth station facility that will utilize a 2.4 meter Ku- band transmit and receive antenna to distribute digitally modulated audio program information, as well as some limited data information, to a number of downlink earth station facilities primarily located in central regions of New York state. Domestic Ku-band (ALSAT) satellites are to be utilized, which are all US licensed. Please note that this earth station was previously licensed with callsign E000588 but the license was unintentionally allowed to expire. The licensee, State University of New York/WRVO wishes to retain, if possible, the previous callsign of E000588.
