Completion of Facility: The construction of the facility has been completed as authorized. 6. Antenna Testing: The antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209. 7. Date of Operation: Operation of the facility pursuant to the authorization commenced on November 19, 2012 pursuant to the special temporary authority granted in File No. SES-STA- 20121107-00992. 8.
