Extended Ku-Band Points of Communication This application proposes to use the Amazonas-1 satellite using Extended Ku-Band Transmit Frequencies. Amazonas-1 is on the FCC’s Permitted Space Station List, but not for the Extended Ku-band frequencies. Access has previously been authorized for extended Ku-Band operation using Amazonas-1 for Earth Station WB36, File Number SES-MFS-20051202-01669 and Earth Station E7818, File Number SES-MFS-20050617-00767. The licensing administration of Amazonas-1 is Brazil. Brazil is a member of the World Trade Organization for services covered under the World Trade Organization Basic Telecommunications Agreement. {00416865-1 }
