IHLAS HABER AJANSI (IHA) is a TV news agency and broadcast services provider. IHA seeks to license a domestic KU band transmit temporary fixed earth station newsgathering truck. The temporary fixed earth station will utilize digital video carriers and provide broadcast services and news feed. 9
