                                        Exhibit G

Response to Question E20: FAA Notification Not Required

FAA notification is not required for this application. The 13.2 meter (43.3 feet)
antenna for which authority is sought is not more than 200 feet in height and does not meet
the other criteria set forth in Section 17.7 that would otherwise require notification. See 47
C.F.R. §§ 17.7(a)-(d) (listing notification criteria related to antenna height, proximity to
airports, heliports, and military bases, and other special circumstances).

Moreover, the 13.2 meter antenna is exempt from any FAA notification requirement
pursuant to Section 17.14 of the Commission’s rules because the antenna is shielded by
existing structures of a permanent and substantial character and topographical features of
greater height, such that it is evident beyond all reasonable doubt that this antenna will not
adversely affect safety in air navigation. See 47 C.F.R. § 17.14(a). Specifically, the 13.2
meter antenna is located in an antenna gateway facility with multiple existing antennas of
varying sizes including a tower that is 100 feet tall, more than twice the height of the antenna
that is the subject of this application.

For the foregoing reasons, no FAA notification is required under the standards set
forth in Sections 17.7 and 17.14 of the Commission’s rules.
