                          ANASTASIS BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC
                               EARTH STATION APPLICATION

In this application, Anastasis Broadcasting Company, LLC (“Anastasis”) seeks to re-
license a temporary fixed earth station formerly authorized to another company, Dolores Press,
Inc., as call sign E020144. Please note that no FAA notification is required as the maximum
height of the antenna above ground level is six meters or less and/or the highest antenna point is
at or below the surrounding buildings and structures (power poles & wires).

The radiation hazard study submitted with this application shows that the power density
of the antenna will be below the maximum level of 5 mW/cm2 in accordance with FCC OET
Bulletin 65 (ed. 97-01) for all those areas around the station normally occupied by the station’s
operating personnel. Potential hazard areas will be clearly marked with signs, and fences will be
placed to limit access to the areas where the radiation level exceeds the specified standard. The
transmitter will be turned off during antenna maintenance to insure that maintenance personnel
are not accidentally exposed to power levels in excess of the standard. If the station is ever
deployed in an area accessible to the general public (general population/uncontrolled exposure, 1
mW/cm2 exposure limit), barriers and marking tape will be used to limit access to areas that have
an exposure risk greater than the specified standard.
