FCC Form 312 Schedule B Page 1 of 1 RESPONSE TO QUESTION E.15 The .98m Ground Control antenna does comply with the antenna gain patterns specified in Section 25.209(a) of the Commission’s rules, but does not comply with Section 25.209(b) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.209(a) and (b).
