The 3.8 meter antenna proposed in this application will operate with the same/similar parameters as the earth station licensed under file number SES-LIC-20090128-0083, Call Sign E00155. The maximum EIRP density of 30.16 dBW/4KHz for the 3.8 meter antenna filed in this application will be lower than the EIRP density dBW/4KHz filed in the E090155 application. Recent filing E110109 SES-LIC-20110802-00906 is similar in parameters. Therefore based on this information the criteria in the above reference paragraph are satisfied.
