I was not able to figure out a way to attach the Radiation Hazard Study to the online 312 form section 28 after clicking on the "file" button, so I have attached it as a PDF (2.4M Radiation Hazard Report 6.24.pdf) file to this email. We respectfully request the following changes to our filing: 1) Power Issues: A) Please change item E38 on the Form 312 Schedule B from 540.0 watts to 500.0 watts (input power to the antenna flange). This was a typographical error on my part. B) Please change item E48 on the Form 312 Schedule B from 74.9 to 62.9 (Maximum EIRP per Carrier) for both 36M0F9F and 24M0G7W Emission Designators. C) Please change item E49 on the Form 312 Schedule B from 47.92 to 35.92 (Maximum EIRP Density per Carrier) for both 36M0F9F and 24M0G7W Emission Designators. This power limitation shall be accomplished by reducing the upconverter stage of the transmitter by 12DB. The applicant will also apply power limit alarms to the output power monitoring system of the transmitter to further guard against exceeding this power limit. 2) Points of Communication: Please change item E21 on the Form 312 Schedule B from blank (no entry) to the designator ALSAT.
