EXHIBIT C Two-Degree Compliance Statement (Waiver) The antenna for which Americom Government Services, Inc. (AGS) is seeking a license complies with the Commission’s requirements for compatibility with two- degree spaced satellites for transmit operations, but does not comply with respect to its receive operations. Accordingly, AGS recognizes that it is entitled to protection from interference to the antenna’s receive operations only to the degree to which harmful interference would not be expected to be caused to an earth station employing a compliant antenna.
