The file number of the application is File No. SES—LIC—20110224—00186, and the date of the license is April 4, 2011. Florida State University hereby certifies that construction of Transmit/Receive Earth Station E110019 has been completed as authorized and that the antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s Rules. Florida State University also certifies that the station is operational and that the station commenced service on April 4, 2011. Florida State University also certifies that Transmit/Receive Earth Station E110019 will remain operational during the license period expiring April 4, 2026, unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
