Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Certificate of Completion of Construction Intelsat License LLC SES—LIC—20101029—01368 Call Sign: E100118 Dear Ms. Dortch, Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, Intelsat License LLC certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its Hagerstown, Maryland E100118 earth station facility. The Commission granted Intelsat License LLC‘s license to operate this earth station facility on February 10, 2011. The station became fully operational on or about July 1, 2011. The earth station antenna authorized by the E100118 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission‘s rules.
