EXHIBIT V Page 1 of 1 Antenna Elevation Waiver Part 25.205 The applicant requests a waiver to FCC rule 25.205 concerning the minimum angle of earth station antenna elevation toward the horizon of 5 degrees. The calculated minimum elevation angle toward the horizon of the proposed earth station is 4.4 degrees. The earth station is located in a sparsely populated area of Alaska, and will be pointed away from all residential or business areas. The transmit beam of the proposed earth station will not cross any areas of public access.
