I need to see the plots of the envelope based on Section 25.209(a)(2), 25.209(4), and 25.209(b). For instance, your submitted patterns need to show the ant gain envelope between angle 1.5 through 7 deg per section 25.209(a)(2) of 47 CFR 25.209. For the Ka band, you need to list the specific satellite that you want to access. There is currently no satellite on KA band permitted list.
