43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). Applicant, Schlumberger Technology Corporation (’STC’), seeks authority to operate up to 30 C−band 2.4 meter ESVs in the Gulf of Mexico. The C−band fixed earth station licensed to STC, located at 7147 Reynolds Dr., Sedalia, Colorado 80135 (E960499), and the C−band fixed earth station licensed to Intelsat LLC, located at 17633 Technology Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21740 (E030071),will be the hubs for these ESVs. STC proposes providing data, video and voice services over these ESVs. All C−band operations within 200 km of the U.S. coastline will be on coordinated frequencies. 34
