                                 Frequency Coordination

In connection with the C—band ESV network proposed herein, Schlumberger Technology
Corporation ("Schlumberger") is seeking authority to operate on up to 36 MHz of uplink
bandwidth on each of no more than two (2) ALSAT (GSO FSS) satellites. Pursuant to Public
Notice DA 05—1671, released June 15, 2005, Schlumberger will notify the FCC by letter of the
successful completion of its frequency coordination as completed for each area of operation.

                             Coordination with Another Country

In cases where the coordinating area for a particular operating area extends into the territory of
another sovereign nation, Schlumberger Technology Corporation will provide the FCC with all
necessary data required for coordination.
