Dear Ms. Dortch:

Panasonic Avionics Corporation (“Panasonic”), pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s
Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby submits the enclosed Certification of SES Americom, Inc. (“SES”) that it
is aware of Panasonic’s amendment in the above-captioned application proceeding to increase the number
of eXConnect Ku-Band AMSS terminals from 15 to 50.1

affidavit addressing communication with the Galaxy 17 satellite at 91° W.L. countersigned by SES.2 The
enclosed certification states that the minor amendment to increase the number of AMSS terminals does
not affect the prior coordination and SES does not object to grant of the application as amended.
