Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the Commission’s rules1, O3b Limited (“O3b”)
hereby certifies that construction of the above-referenced station as authorized2 has
been completed and that the antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the
pattern specified in Section 25.133(b)(1)(v).

Station E100088 became operational on June 25, 2013. The station will remain
operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
