The station is currently operating in accordance with the parameters set forth in the station‘s license. Each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. Waiver of the FCC‘s construction notification requirements is requested, if required, to cover submission of the foregoing certification after the close of the construction deadline listed in the earth station license, E100057. An extra copy of this letter is enclosed. Please date—stamp the extra copy and return it to the courier. There is no fee associated with the filing of this notification.
