Application File No. SES-LIC-20100119-00088 Satellite Earth Station Call Sign E100015 Grant Date: 08/10/2010 NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION Dear Sir or Madam: Pursuant to the procedures described in 47 CFR § 25.133, Licensee hereby certifies that the construction of the satellite earth stations authorized by the above-captioned station license have been completed and placed in operation. Licensee commenced operation of these facilities on or about August 10, 2010. Licensee certifies that the antenna facilities associated with these stations have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 and that the stations are operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
