Northeastern Pennsylvania Educational Television Association FCC Form 312 EZ Exemption from Application Filing Fees and Regulatory Fees Northeastern Pennsylvania Educational Television Association (“NPETA”), applicant for a new temporary fixed satellite earth station authorization, is the licensee of noncommercial educational stations WVIA-TV and WVIA-FM, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and WVYA(FM), Williamsport, Pennsylvania. NPETA will use the proposed satellite earth station on a noncommercial educational basis in conjunction with its licensed noncommercial educational broadcast stations. In addition, NPETA is a non-profit entity. This application is therefore exempt from filing fees pursuant to Section 1.1114(d) of the Commission’s Rules, and the station is exempt from regulatory fees pursuant to Sections 1.1162(f) and (c) of the Commission’s Rules.
