Washington, DC 20554 Re: IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20091001-01263 Dear Ms. Dortch: In a supplemental submission filed on January 8, 2010, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”) demonstrated that the 17/24 GHz BSS earth station antenna at DIRECTV’s Northwest Uplink facility (“NWUF”) proposed in the above referenced proceeding would fall below the threshold at which coordination with terrestrial licensees operating in the 24.75-25.15 GHz band would be required.1 Although coordination is not required at this time, DIRECTV hereby submits information that would facilitate coordination in the future should any terrestrial system seek to operate in closer proximity to the NWUF facility. Specifically, the exhibit attached to this letter includes the information outlined in Section 25.203(b) of the Commission’s rules. As contemplated in that rule, DIRECTV has opted to submit certain information in tabular form rather than as plots on a map. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
