Washington, DC 20554 Re: IBFS File No. SES—LIC—20091001—01263 (call sign £E090173) Dear Ms. Dortch: It has come to the attention of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") that its application in the above referenced proceeding contains an incorrect calculation. Specifically, Item E40 of the application indicates that the total EIRP for all carriers is 97.0 dBW. However, given that the total input power at the antenna flange (Item E38) is 224.0 Watts and the antenna transmit gain (Item E41) is 64.0 dBi, the total EIRP for all carriers should have been calculated to be 87.5 dBW. DIRECTV requests that this miscalculation be corrected and its application considered with the correct value of 87.5 dBW. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
