The current construction deadline is September 14, 2010, however due to unforeseen construction delays Meredith has been unable to proceed with construction of the Station. Consequently, Meredith respectfully requests the Commission to grant an additional six (6) months, to March 11, 2011, in which to have the Station constructed and operational.
