This application is for a new VSAT Network. This network includes a Hub Station with 2 different antennas. This also includes four (4) variants of remote VSAT units. The .96 Meter, .98 Meter, 1.15 Meter, 1.2 Meter and 1.8 Meter units will operate only within CONUS. The Hub and all Remote Units will only operate with U.S. licensed Satellites 9

43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). This application is for a new VSAT Network. This network includes a Hub Station with 2 different antennas. This also includes four (4) variants of remote VSAT units. The .96 Meter, .98 Meter, 1.15 Meter, 1.2 Meter and 1.8 Meter units will operate only within CONUS. The Hub and all Remote Units will only operate with U.S. licensed Satellites (EchoStar, Loral). These services include Video, Voice and Data. 31
