The earth station antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commiuission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. Sect. 25.209. The earth station became operational May 14, 2010, and will remain operational during the license period unless we submit for cancellation.
