Washington, DC 20554 Re: Satellite Earth Station Authorization SES—LIC—20090421—00519 Surrender letter Dear Ms. Dortch: The application for the above captioned authorization was filed on April 20, 2009, File Number SES—LIC—INTR2009—01087. The application was found acceptable for filing by the Commission and was designated as — SES—LIC—20090421—00519, according to the Public Notice issued on June 10, 2009. The purpose of this letter is to notify that Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Inc. ("PRTC") is hereby surrendering the Satellite Earth Station Authorization of reference, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. Section 25.131(i). On December 315, 2014 the system was turned off. In advance of said date, all customers were migrated to similar or IPTV video programming services. Respectfully submitted.
