(’SES Americom’) requests a new license to operate a C−band earth station located in Sunset Beach, HI in accordance with the technical parameters specified herein. SES Americom has requested Special Temporary Authority to operate the earth station pending the grant of this new license (SES−STA−20090313−00303). 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
